3 Solubility It is soluble in fatty oils and in light petroleum; slightly soluble in dehydrated alcohol; practically insoluble in water.
4 Total Ash Not more than 0.1%.
5 Alkaline Impurities Not more than 0.15 mL of 0.01 N hydrochloric acid is required in order to change the color of the indicator to yellow.
6 Acid value Not more than 0.2.
7 Fatty acid composition Specified test.
8 Hydroxyl value Not more than 10.
9 Iodine value Not more than 1.0
10 Peroxide value Not more than 1.0
11 Saponification value Between 320-340.
12 Unsaponifiable Matter Not more than 0.5%.

PACKAGING

MOLPROP™ PGDC is packed in HDPE drum or IBC packing having Bar-coded label.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. Preserve in well-closed containers.
